All Fitness For You has been created by Nancy Juarez with the purpose of integrating families and people of all ages into fitness. Our belief is that fitness should be brought to all and not only to the young and middle-aged population. Prevention is the key to maintain a healthy population; if we just develop good habits at an early age, we will be guaranteeing a healthy, productive, and long life. Our current system has not emphasized the importance enough of wellness and fitness nor their role to prevent illness and other problems in our body and mind.
Nancy has recognized this lack of information in our system and society. Therefore, she decided to do something about it during the Pandemic of 2020 which hit and affected our lives dramatically.
Our long-term goal is to contribute to creating a new society with a “New Mindset.” If you want to achieve success in life, it all begins in your mind and as a consequence, you will acquire good habits including taking care of your body physically, mentally, and emotionally. Your life will transform if you take care of all these three aspects. Accomplishing achievement will never be easy, it takes time, determination, self-discipline, commitment, and a lot of patience. But once you achieve the results desired, you will feel so proud that will never want to go back to the old way. YOUR NEW LIFE AND MIND WILL NEVER ALLOW IT!

ABOUT NANCY
-Professional Dancer, Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Coach.-
Nancy Juarez is a former ballet dancer who graduated from the most prestigious and internationally recognized performing art school in Latin America (El Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes). After dancing for several years, in 2008, she decided to get into the fitness industry as a Zumba instructor. Within these 12 years, she has developed a very successful career in Los Angeles, CA. She has taken advantage of her strong training as a ballet dancer and decided to get certified in different areas of the fitness industry. Through the years she has become an excellent Yoga, Mat Pilates, Kickboxing, Zumba, Aqua Aerobics, and Seniors’ fitness instructor. Furthermore, a certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, and Inspirational Figure for all her students.
She is currently working for two of the major fitness corporations in the U.S. such as LA Fitness and 24hr Fitness within the Hollywood and San Fernando Valley areas.
Additionally, she has taught at AMDA College in Hollywood and at NBC/Universal Studios.
HER STYLE- She has developed her own fitness style by fusing her ballet technique with energetic and rhythmical fitness movements that lead you to get the maximum out of your workouts and your body. She brings her style into all the formats she teaches, making them fun, inspiring, and productive.
By being raised between athletes and dancers her life was vastly influenced. Since her childhood, it has been very clear that only with discipline, commitment, and dedication she could reach all of her goals. She grew up following a healthy lifestyle and as a fitness instructor, she has gone deeper increasing her knowledge about nutrition, anatomy, body mechanics, holistic medicine, and the importance of well-being. Today she wants to share all this information with you.
HER MISSION- Is to change people’s lives and deliver her concept of Wellness to you. For Nancy, WELLNESS is an active process through which people become aware of, and make choices towards a more successful existence. It encompasses lifestyle, mental and spiritual well-being, is correlated to our environment and to every human being on this planet.
She wants to help you to find your own happiness by becoming or staying physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually healthy; this is the only way to find your balance, be successful, and feel completely satisfied with life.
Nancy has won the recognition and respect of all her students thanks to her huge dedication, love, and passion for teaching and dancing.
